Counselling with me offers you a safe and supportive place away from the pressures of your everyday life. I will listen to you in a way that allows you to feel accepted and understood and help you make new choices and changes in your life. Just a few sessions can have a powerful impact, so you feel more free and at ease.
Sometimes, issues in the present are influenced by past events, and I have the knowledge and understanding to work deeply with these issues, and permanently resolve them so you feel clear and fully alive.
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist. This means that I do not impose my ideas, but listen and try to see things from your point of view. Reflection and comments from my professional perspective help you to see things more clearly, and open up new possibilities. I may also use powerful tools such as voicework, inner child work and video if we agree this is appropriate.
People find my manner to be kind, relaxed and friendly. I have long experience working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
My fees are reasonable and I work in a safe, comfortable space close the central line and silverlink railway in Leytonstone, Waltham Forest.

By public transport:
1.Central Line to Leytonstone, leave the station by the Church Lane exit, then a short walk.
2.Overground Line (Gospel Oak to Barking branch) to Leytonstone High Road, then 257 bus or walk.
3.Bus No. 257 between Stratford and Walthamstow

By car:
We are easily accessible from the M11 link road, the A11 and the A12. We are in a restricted parking zone, but it's OK and free to use 'residents only' spaces after 2 pm. In the daytime during the week, there is voucher parking on side streets, 2 hours free in Tesco car park, and 2 hours for £1 in Matalan car park. There are no restrictions outside the shop on Leytonstone High Road after 7 pm.
