We are in the process of relocating.   The shop will not be open for a while after 3rd December, so do come along on Saturday 4th if you need to stock up on prezzies for Christmas or next year's birthdays.   My counselling practice is ongoing so do email me or phone my mobile if you want to arrange a meeting to discuss any help you may need with that.   Gong sound therapy is also ongoing, although I intend to take a short break and will start again in January.   This will be taking place in South Woodford and I will post details at a later date.   Do sign up for my newsletter to hear up-t-date news.

I entered the world of complementary healthcare in 1994 when I completed a course in Healthcare and Relaxation with Massage, and qualified in reflexology in 1996.

More recently, in 2006, I trained in Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling). I have successfully treated clients with a variety of health problems including tinnitus, sinusitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, depression, ME and insomnia.

I have taken my work into Basildon Hospital as well as local nursing homes and since 2007 have been seeing elderly clients in Newham Council day centres.  I also run a private practice from home.
