We are in the process of relocating.   The shop will not be open for a while after 3rd December, so do come along on Saturday 4th if you need to stock up on prezzies for Christmas or next year's birthdays.   My counselling practice is ongoing so do email me or phone my mobile if you want to arrange a meeting to discuss any help you may need with that.   Gong sound therapy is also ongoing, although I intend to take a short break and will start again in January.   This will be taking place in South Woodford and I will post details at a later date.   Do sign up for my newsletter to hear up-t-date news.

My journey and dedication to empower others began following a debilitating illness in 2000 and the inspiration for my own healing and self-development was inspired by Louise Hay's book 'You Can Heal Your Life'. That book has catapulted me to new heights with all areas of my life.

I am a personal life coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, and have an intermediate certificate in contemporary psychotherapy.

As well as being a Reiki Master and teacher and spiritual healer I am one of the first ever practitioners of 'Rahanni Celestial healing', a new healing modality for the new Age of Aquarius especially efficient for children.

I have been running 'heal Your Life' adult workshops where group members can take part in simple yet powerful exercises such as inner child work, releasing anger in a safe environment, and learning how to forgive.

I am the organiser and director of 'The Healing Feeling 4 Kids' program. The programme evolved as a result of running the Heal Your Life adult workshops. The Healing Feeling 4 kids is a NEW  and exciting therapeutic and nurturing approach to empowering children with the skills and strategies needed to deal with their social, emotional and behavioural issues.
