We are in the process of relocating. The shop will not be open for a while after 3rd December, so do come along on Saturday 4th if you need to stock up on prezzies for Christmas or next year's birthdays. My counselling practice is ongoing so do email me or phone my mobile if you want to arrange a meeting to discuss any help you may need with that. Gong sound therapy is also ongoing, although I intend to take a short break and will start again in January. This will be taking place in South Woodford and I will post details at a later date. You are welcome to come and join our BEING SOUND voicework group. We meet every week to work on developing the potential of our voices and releasing blocks to healing, in a safe space with a supportive atmosphere. We also aim to have fun, and to leave feeling more relaxed and energised. Open to everyone, regardless of experience.
